From my understanding, all it takes to enable wifi calling on the unlocked phone is to add it to the whitelist. But wifi calling is still considered a luxury even though, on the phone side of things, both volte and wifi calling run on the same ims system. I'd like to offer my priv in an experiment for at&t so they can validate deployment to unlocked phones is possible and works as expected. @shmal96 hd voice/volte/advanced calling is required for wifi calling to work.
